Glass-ceramics based on lithium-alumo-silicate glasses are commercially important for a wide range of applications, due to their special properties, like a vanishing thermal expansion. In order to tailor these properties, the composition of the glass and the temperature/time schedule are crucial factors. For the industrial production of most lithium-alumo-silicate glasses, high melting temperatures are required due to the high viscosities of the respective melt compositions. In this study, a simplified lithium-alumo-silicate glass composition with ZrO2 as nucleating agent, on the basis of the commercially available Robax® composition, is studied. Adding boron oxide leads to lower viscosities of the glass melt and notably lower melting temperatures may be supplied. The resulting glass is investigated using X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. During the crystallization process, phases such as ZrO2 and β-quartz types are formed. The microstructure of the glass ceramics is notably coarser than that of glass-ceramics which are obtained from lithium-alumo-silicate glasses of standard compositions. EDX-analyses indicate a considerable enrichment of chemical elements in comparatively small areas of the microstructure. Especially boron oxide is found to be enriched in the residual glass of the investigated glass-ceramics.  相似文献

Packed beds used in absorption columns are evaluated to determine whether they can also be beneficial for cake‐forming filtrations. To assess this, model systems are characterized and separated by using a dead‐end filter cell. Filtrations are conducted with different packings; the filtrate amount over time and resulting turbidity are evaluated. Packings increase the filter cake resistance and the separation time of the cakes formed with approximately incompressible solids. However, they exhibit a positive effect on the filtration of a more complex, compressible substance; the process is not only accelerated, but also the quality of the obtained filtrate is not compromised. These results demonstrate potential in the use of packed beds for the filtration of complex biogenic suspensions.  相似文献

以高速摄影技术作为主要研究手段,研究钢轨交流闪光焊接过程过梁爆破特征,并结合热成像系统采集焊接过程温度场,以此为数据基础定量分析了钢轨交流闪光焊接过梁爆破特征. 结果表明,钢轨交流脉动闪光焊接工艺模式下,加速闪光阶段具有几个阶段中最高的闪光频次46.93次/s,脉动闪光阶段具有最低的闪光频次11.07次/s;连续闪光阶段闪光烈度为0.009 2 mm/次,是几个阶段中最强的,脉动阶段的闪光烈度最弱,为0.003 8 mm/次;从闪光加热因子来看,脉动阶段最高,符合了该阶段积累热量的主要目的;加速闪光阶段最低,是由于该阶段为了制造保护气氛产生的气化过梁带走了较多的热量;从闪光均匀度看,闪光最不均匀的阶段是闪平阶段,最均匀的阶段是脉动阶段,这恰恰说明了两待焊端面的微观平行情况在闪平阶段最差、脉动阶段最佳.  相似文献

利用太阳能对水加热并通入相变墙进行蓄热,对减少严寒地区单体建筑供热能耗有重要意义。以大庆市某单体建筑为例,结合该地区太阳能分布特点及建筑热负荷大小,对适用于该地区的太阳能-相变墙系统进行集热与储热能力计算,并采用CFD方法研究单一工况下该系统的热工变化规律及不同热水参数、换热管规格对相变墙蓄热特性的影响。结果表明:该相变墙热稳定性良好,但受自然对流影响,底部相变材料熔化较慢;管径DN25、入口流速0.3m/s、供水温度310.15K、回水温度309.15K、管间距107mm可使相变材料在4小时内完成蓄热,平均节能率为31.8%。研究结果可望为降低严寒地区建筑供热能耗提供新思路。  相似文献

针对浮法玻璃熔窑火焰空间建立模型并进行了数值模拟,在保证热值相同的前提下,对比研究了重油燃烧及将石油焦部分替代重油燃烧时的流场分布特征。结果表明,石油焦部分代替重油燃烧后,两种燃料可很好地混合燃烧,窑炉内温度制度基本不受影响;石油焦着火时间比重油长,两种燃料混合燃烧时平均着火点滞后于仅使用重油时,且燃烧路径更长,燃烧时产生了大量CO,整个火焰空间及烟气出口处NOx的平均排放量与仅使用重油相比降低了30.02%,NOx减排效果明显。  相似文献

采用宏观和微观形貌观察、化学成分分析、显微组织观察、硬度测试等方法,对某带钢连续热浸镀机组卧式连续退火炉水冷炉辊的开裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:水冷炉辊辊套成分中不含铌元素,镍元素含量偏低,导致组织中形成网状富铬碳化物析出相;辊套内腔结垢、水冷不畅使水冷炉辊产生局部过热,导致工作侧辊套基体中粒状合金碳化物的析出和网状富铬碳化物的长大,使工作侧辊套的脆性增加;随着结垢的沉积,水冷炉辊出现轴承转动不畅,甚至堵转现象;在热应力、扭力作用下,裂纹在网状富铬碳化物析出相中形成并沿网状碳化物逐渐向基体内扩展,最终导致水冷炉辊的开裂。  相似文献

The combination of in-situ and three-dimensional (3D) in transmission electron microscopy (TEM) is one of the emerging topics of recent advanced electron microscopy research. However, to date, there have been only handful examples of in-situ 3D TEM for material deformation dynamics. In this article, firstly, the authors briefly review technical developments in fast tilt-series dataset acquisition, which is a crucial technique for in-situ electron tomography (ET). Secondly, the authors showcase a recent successful example of in-situ specimen-straining and ET system development and its applications to the deformation dynamics of crystalline materials. The system is designed and developed to explore, in real-time and at sub-microscopic levels, the internal behavior of polycrystalline materials subjected to external stresses, and not specifically targeted for atomic resolution (although it may be possible). Technical challenges toward the in-situ ET observation of 3D dislocation dynamics are discussed for commercial structural crystalline materials, including some of the early studies on in-situ ET imaging and 3D modeling of dislocation dynamics. A short summary of standing technical issues and a proposed guideline for further development in the 3D imaging method for dislocation dynamics are then discussed.  相似文献

Neural Machine Translation (NMT) is an end-to-end learning approach for automated translation, overcoming the weaknesses of conventional phrase-based translation systems. Although NMT based systems have gained their popularity in commercial translation applications, there is still plenty of room for improvement. Being the most popular search algorithm in NMT, beam search is vital to the translation result. However, traditional beam search can produce duplicate or missing translation due to its target sequence selection strategy. Aiming to alleviate this problem, this paper proposed neural machine translation improvements based on a novel beam search evaluation function. And we use reinforcement learning to train a translation evaluation system to select better candidate words for generating translations. In the experiments, we conducted extensive experiments to evaluate our methods. CASIA corpus and the 1,000,000 pairs of bilingual corpora of NiuTrans are used in our experiments. The experiment results prove that the proposed methods can effectively improve the English to Chinese translation quality.  相似文献
